Gracelawn Cemetery was purchased by Detroit Memorial Park Association in 1996
DMP is Michigan’s Oldest African American Owned Corporation.
The board of directors and staff of the cemeteries are a good team that constantly work toward perfecting service in every possible way.
Since purchased, Gracelawn has restored the indoor chapel and improved the grounds to help beautify the cemetery.
